He is a highly motivated, curious, and compassionate individual focused on operations, management, and exceptional customer service. As the owner of Bigmouth Grooming, he has focused on the delivery of impeccable customer service and procedures that build positive, efficient, and inclusive experiences for clients and pets alike. Erica Freedman, Director of Operations (she/her)
Erica is a tenured operations and marketing professional who has worked in a variety of industries. She is a graduate of Fordham University with degrees in Communications and English Literature. Over the last decade she has held positions in literacy advocacy, DEI, and mental health. She has dedicated her ops and communications talents to a multitude of nonprofits and for-profits alike. She is passionate about animals and believes every pet deserves stress-free, loving care.
