At Bigmouth, we pay attention to “consent signals” and adjust our ways of working to make each pet as comfortable as possible, even at the expense of appearance when necessary. We create an inviting environment within your home for the pet to feel most comfortable. If your animal has never been to the groomer, this is a great place to start. We will help your pet understand that the grooming process is neither traumatizing nor painful. Instead, with a reward-based mentality, we will develop a critical sense of trust between our groomer and your beloved pet.
